Weak_CooldownPulse

This is an approximate replication of the Doom_CooldownPulse addon.

This pulses an icon when a spell -- whose spell ID is added to Custom Options -- comes off cooldown. The display and animation may be configured under the "Display" and "Animations" tabs, respectively.

I made this mostly for fun. Because it's built as a WeakAura, it offers some more customizability than Doom_CooldownPulse does (e.g., for animations), but there are a lot more configurables for the user to tune, so it's a little harder to set up. This WeakAura also requires that you explicitly add spell IDs that you want to track.
