[LE] (TWW) Kingsbane Timeline

Thank you all for the support in using this aura during Dragonflight! In The War Within, Kingsbane has been nerfed and therefore many decisions around it have been removed. I will continue to maintain this aura, but you will notice it does way less than it used to because Kingsbane is much simpler to use now. I have maintained the infrastructure inside the Load block for future reference, in case more dynamic tick placement is needed in the future. At the moment, Shiv is the only tick enabled by default, with Tea being available but disabled by default. Tea usage is no longer tied to Kingsbane, but I have left the option in if desired. Vanish, Ashes, and all other ticks have been removed. Sounds, Icons, and text options are still available. I have rearranged the Custom Options tab entirely, but the fundamental Tick, Accessibility, and Parry options are still available.
