Shield of the Righteous Bar with duration cap warning

Shield of the Righteous has a duration cap of 13.5 seconds(3x it's duration on 1 use) and if it's used while it's past the line you will end up wasting some duration but it's also fine to keep spending on SotR for damage in case you don't need the holy power for healing since you never want to waste holy power by generating more when already on 5 holy power. Version 1.0.0 is without bar turning red when over 9 seconds of SotR Version 1.0.4 is without red glow around the bar when no SotR buff is active in combat. (or delete trigger 2 and condition 3) made by me :)
