This is a WeakAura used to display spells that fail to cast due to being on cooldown, and show them in a similar way to how it's shown in the arena game Battlerite (or its predecessor Bloodline Champions).
Use the custom options field to:
- set the lowest CDs that are shown here
- how long they are displayed
- how big of a time buffert you want to not show spammed buttons.
