Kaze MRT Timer Bars (Bloom's Edit)

This is an aura I made for myself to reduce audio clutter. As opposed to Kaze TTS is disabled by default as I find it more important to focus on RL's callouts. WA plays a simple bell sound instead, when my CD's come up.
