Augmentation Evoker GroupCDs Tracking

• shows active cooldowns
• includes cooldowns OmniCD can't track such as Summon Infernal, Summon Gargoyle, etc.
• ONLY LOADS IN GROUP, NOT IN RAID
• supports OPTIONAL text to speech, see custom options
  • toggle TTS in general
  • allows announcing cds with a minimum duration of x seconds (default 10)
  • voice prefers english if possible
• supports showing Healing cooldowns - enable in Custom Options!

note that it will show PI twice if both source and target are dps specs (shadow -> fmage e.g.), while it will show only once if the source is e.g. disc

known bug:

• if a player with summons out dies, their cds will continue to show until they were expected to run out
