Adjusting TTS Volume:
Go to WoW Options > Accessibility > Text To Speech > Configure Text to Speech
Use the volume slider to adjust the TTS volume.
To disable full game TTS after adjusting, simply unclick the option.
Disabling TTS Completely for the Weakaura:
Slide the volume to 0 in the settings mentioned above
