Automated external requests for DPS players without voice. Set a spell to trigger a whisper, the mesage to whisper and the player to receive the whisper in the custom options menu.
Couple this with a WA such as Melura's PI WA for priests and Aluura's Externals tracker for big synergy!
Only works when the whisper target is in the same raid and/or party as you.
Please do not request externals from players without asking them first!

Known bugs:
- For some reason fires 2 events in raid, sending 2 PI requests. Ultimately doesn't affect functionality, just strange.
