Targeted by Damage Spells (English client)

The WeakAura checks for a specific pattern in the spell's description and triggers if a match can be found. The goal is to make it only trigger from spells that target and deal damage to you without having to manually enter their spell Id. By default it does a Water Drop sound. English client only.
