[TWW] Hammer of Light/Wake/ Eye of Tyr Group that almost works like actionbar and with extra timer!

For Templar spec Paladin, if you're not Templar it would still track the cooldown for Eye of Tyr or Wake of Ashes Should work pretty much like the skill would behave on the actionbar with the additional timer for remaining time to use Hammer of Light before it goes back to the normal skill (Wake /Eye of Tyr) Works for both Protection and Retribution Paladin and their respective skills
