Another instant tracker for Winter's Chill.
TL;DR:
Smarter than similar trackers.
May be too smart for its own good and have bugs I haven't found yet.
Use other trackers if you don't feel like beta testing, tho this seems to work fine!
About:
This WA doesn't simply count your Ice Lance casts and calls it a day. It keeps track of Flurry and other projectiles currently in the air, which target you cast them on, whether your target is immune/evading and in some cases compares the prediction with the actual debuff on the target.
The result is hopefully a tracker you can always trust, even in some weird niche cases involving frantic target swapping, mouseover macros, blinking etc.

- Displays the GCD and the duration of Winter's Chill.
- Colored border to easier tell the stacks at a glance.
- Ignores Flurry casts that aren't aimed at your current target, like mouseover or focus macros.
- Handles Deflect, Evade, Immune, Miss and Reflect events.
