Additional Optimisation

Small optimisation for KIR Usage -- If it is ready and you have 4+ buffs, but you still don't have Broadside, then you can wait until the last second of your lowerest duration buff to press KIR, just in case you end up getting Broadside from Count the Odds

NOTE: This weakaura prompts you at < 4 seconds rather than "the last second" to give you enough time to react.

The weakaura uses the Keep It Rolling guidelines given on the rogue discord (also shown below) for Dragonflight. Feel free to leave a comment to let me know whenever this gets changed!

Use Keep It Rolling if:

• You have any 4 or more buffs from Roll the Bones / Count the Odds
