Fatcow's Compact Monk Inspired by Weber

This is a full Monk set of weakauras for all 3 specs, all based on the fantastic Weber weakauras. I primarily play Mistweaver, but I feel that the Windwalker and Brewmaster are in a good spot. I'm still actively updating these for 10.2, since at least MW has quite a few build options now between raid and keys, and will update BM and WW as well.
