[TWW] Holy Armaments (Holy Bulwark / Sacred Weapon) Helper

For Lightsmith paladin only

• Shows Holy Bulwark/Sacred Weapon availability, alert if you have active buffs that would overlap an activation
• Shows your own active Holy Bulwark / Sacred Weapon buffs

Very possible that it will break if Blizzard changes how the ability behaves so if it's broken after a new Beta build please report it in the comments
