For Templar spec Paladin, if you're not Templar it would still track the cooldown for Eye of Tyr or Wake of Ashes, if you don't want the Light's Deliverance and Shake the Heavens stuff you can use the one this is forked from by clicking the link above.

Shows the stacks of Light's Deliverance (Templar) as number in the top right corner

Shows if the current target has [Greater Judgment] by adding a glow around the Hammer of Light icon

Shows the duration of Shake the Heavens as a duration border around the icon, any duration above 12 seconds would show as a full border

If you want to also track if you have Blessing of Dawn active then in the "[DNR] Wake/Eye of Tyr/Hammer of Light" aura, change Conditon 10: to "Glow 1 use custom color = ON"
Works for both Protection and Retribution Paladin and their respective skills
