M+ Nameplate Count and Percentage

Disclaimer: Requires MDT to be installed, or you won't see anything! Simply queries MDT for a mob's M+ total forces contribution and shows it as a number and percent of the total forces count. By default the text is anchored to the bottom left of the nameplate, but that should be easy to configure through the display settings. I've tested this mostly with plater, but I think it should work for any nameplate addon. Correct me if I'm wrong. Inspired by https://wago.io/9TLNEO4Pt, but pared down to be a simple nameplate attachment weakaura.
