Clickable Dungeon and Raid Teleport Buttons (Updated for TWW S1)

Shows clickable buttons of the dungeon and raid teleports that you have. They will be shown when opening the challenge frame (the mythic+ Dungeons tab where you see this weeks affix and your Mythic+ Rating). Shows the tooltip of the teleport you are hovering so you can easily see which dungeon or raid you will be teleported to. M+ Dungeons The Dungeons selected as the M+ dungeons each season automatically update with the season. Only if the teleports do not exists already an update is needed. This means you can update the weakaura before the new season starts and maintain the old teleports till the new season starts. Custom Options choose how many teleports to show per column and whether or not to seperate each expansion into their own columns in the custom options. In custom options each dungeon and raid can be shown/hidden either by a per dungeon/raid basis or by a per M+/expansion basis.
