RaidBuff Reminders

Aura that will show you if someone in your raid/group is missing your raid buff. Will only check for people with a relevant spec, not dead and same zone as you. Also tells you if you are missing a buff and someone that can buff it is in your group. Spec detection won't work on someone that isn't using weakauras(or DBM/BW), but if someone doesn't have weakauras they don't deserve to be buffed. Doesn't use any custom code at all and thus isn't wasting performance by pointless everyframe checks. Check if auras end up offscreen for you depending on your resolution/uiscale
