Shifting Power Reminder (Frost)

Shows a flashing Text and uses Text-to-Speech to say "Shift" whenever you should be using Shifting Power as a Frost Mage.

Only considers spells you know and accounts for Coldest Snap as well.

Customize it!
All the magic happens in the Trigger tab. There's nothing in the Conditions tab.
This means you can customize the Display and Action tab however you want without breaking anything.
Change this into a giant icon with a repeating Air Horn sound if you want.

How exactly it works:
The reminder will pop up if Shifting Power is available, Icy Veins is not active and all of the following spells are on cooldown with more than 10s remaining:
Icy Veins, Frozen Orb, Ray of Frost, Comet Storm
If any of these spells is not learned, it won't be considered.
If Coldest Snap is talented, Cone of Cold needs to be on cooldown as well. CoC is completely ignored during boss encounters since it most likely won't be part of your rotation.
