• Drop Circles (generally debuff expiry timing)
• Middle Text (critical reminders, including Stoneform)
• Cast Bars (shows relevant active nameplate casts)
• Unit Frame Glows
• Group Lists (buffs like TNW weapons)

You will want to reposition these groups to best suit your UI.

Works best if you have SharedMedia_Causese for sounds.
