Progress bar which changes it's color if it won't be possible to refresh Frenzy due to GCD or Barbed Shot CD. Has a few custom options to customize it: - A color option if you can refresh Frenzy - A color option if you cannot refresh Frenzy - A option to control whether it should change color if you are NOT on the GCD but cannot fit another GCD before the buff falls off
