[RA] M+ Tracker and Gear Upgrade Currency (TWW Season 1)

This panel is shown below you Group finder menu when its open. It shows your weekly M+ dungeons that you did and the gear upgrade currency of items for Season 1 of The War Within. First line show how much valor stones, crests and sparks you have. Second line show how much you can farm this week. Last line shows when you can up-trade these crests. You need in-bag items of at least this item level for every slot in order to be able to up-trade. One Ring with sufficient item level is enough though (same for trinkets, weapons Im unsure).
