Buff Trackers: Raid Cooldowns Usage

Raid cooldown/assignment tracker. Spell list is customisable This weakaura shows at what time during combat/encounter a specific spell has been cast. It currently tracks raid cooldowns, externals and taunts. The list persists till you enter combat again. Useful for seeing if raid is following cd assignments without having to check logs. If you want to add a spell to track this can be done through actions > init, add spellId and true/false if you want to show the target of the spell (this can be useful for externals/taunts, not for raidwide CDs. If you want to remove a spell just comment it out by placing '--' before it.)
